FAQ
When will premium launch?
We're rolling out to the first 100 waitlist signups over the next 2 weeks.
Will the free tier stay free?
Yes, always. The hourly digest, district + price filtering, and confirmation flow stay free.
How fast is "instant"?
Sub-60 seconds from when the source post hits our extractor.
Do you store contact details of listers?
No. We never store landlord names, phone numbers or emails. The "open original" link is the only way to contact them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email us once we go live and we'll refund the partial month.
